Comments: The plumber was excellent. Good experience! They were the second company that I contacted. I did schedule the first just to get an estimate. Mr. Rooter came right out. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate with two options. I decided on the lower cost, hopeful option and said I would wait for another quote if it was determined that I needed the much higher cost second option. Fortunately the low cost option did the trick. I was so happy and satisfied with the relatively quick work, I asked the plumber to give me a quote on something else I needed. I had that work done too. Both repairs were done to my satisfaction. I will be using them again for anymore of my plumbing needs.

Comments: Installed a garbage disposal in our bar sink, but was also able to help fix and inform us about another issue we were having under that sink with leaks every so often when the dishwasher was running. Not only was the quality of his work top notch, but he was also very respectful of the area he was working in. I say this because we?ve had issues in the past with other workers damaging fixtures or areas in the house near what they were actually working on and not telling us about it. He clearly takes a lot of pride in the work he is doing and it really shows. Couldn?t be happier with how everything turned out!!

Comments: 1) The job required Mr Rooter to dig a large hole in my front yard to put in what they called a "Clean out". They had to use a large excavator to dig and refill the hole. The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough.

Comments: My sink clogged and I tried everything on google. Finally at 9 pm I got on home advisor to find a pro. The company called me instantly (at 9pm) and came to my house at 8 am the next morning to fix my sink. Super quick turn around. It was a little expensive but I got exactly what I needed in a great time frame.

Comments: Great Company! They stand by their service every step of the way. My wife & I used them when our toilet broke and had them install a brand new one. About ten months later we had a leak issue and needed someone to come out right away. Called in the morning and Mr Rooter was able to find someone to service us right away. Austin came out and found that the toilet wasnt properly installed. since we had old cast iron pipes it was a difficult installation. They had to completely uninstall and reinstall the toilet. Replaced the flange on the pipe and were able to fix the flange to two pieces of wood. This fixed the leak issue. John the customer service rep came out as well to see if there was anything Mr Rooter could do since the toilet wasn't installed properly the first time. They were able to refund a portion of the toilet we purchased ten months ago and all the service to fix the leak was free of charge. Both Austin & John were professional and provided the best service. Thank you Mr Rooter. I will definitely use your service in the future!

Comments: The technician (Cody) did an excellent job determining the source/ location of the clogged drain and clearing it in a very timely fashion. Professional and personable. My only complaint was that my appointment was scheduled between 9 and 11 AM and the technician didn't arrive until noon. The office and the technician apologized for the inconvenience and deducted A portion of the bill as compensation which was appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the work and I would definitely recommend and use this company again should the need arise.

I appreciate their prompt arrival and the workmen were polite and quietly did the water heater installation. I now have plently of hot water and am very pleased. Comments: They came on the weekend. They helped identify which pipe needed to be turned off so the whole house wouldn't be affected. They came back the next day to install new shut off valves to replace the malfunctioning ones. It took longer than expected so they had to come back. Comments: Besides clean uniforms and use of shoe covers, Silvio was very professional. The price quoted was higher, but the value of having the video camera examination after the work was done was information well worth having. After checking and testing to determine which part of the drain/sewer line was blocked Silvio had to remove the toilet to unblock that branch of the drain. This was an extra cost, but required. The equipment used provided an exact location of where the cast iron pipe was allowing roots to intrude and where repairs would be needed. While just snaking the drain would have been cheaper, having the video to show the extent of the blockage was very useful. Everything was explained well, and I was given recommendations to forestall the repairs as well as an estimate of what the comprehensive repair would cost. This information makes it possible for me to make a good evaluation of expected repair costs in the future.
